We encourage you to review your measurements carefully prior to making a purchase. Due to the diversity in sizing across our range, we recommend consulting the size charts available on the product pages for accurate guidance. Should a product lack a size chart.

In the event that you receive an item that is not up to standard, such as defective, damaged, incorrectly sized, or not what you ordered, we urge you to get in touch with our customer support team immediately. We are committed to resolving such issues within 1 working day. Please be aware that returns or exchanges for reasons not specified above will not be facilitated unconditionally.

Items designated for return must be sent back to us. Upon receipt, we will undertake the processing of your return and initiate a refund within 10 working days. We wish to remind you that shipping fees remain non-refundable as they pertain to the service cost of shipping. Please be advised, our return policy remains active for 15 days following your purchase, after which service requests will not be entertained.

Guidelines for Returns

For reasons of hygiene, categories such as underwear, bodysuits, swimwear, and accessories are excluded from our returns and refunds policy. Items intended for return must be in their original condition — unworn and unused. Returns comprising damaged, washed, or altered merchandise will not be accepted. We ask that you notify our customer service team regarding your return intentions and the reasons therein. It's important to note, return shipping costs will be incurred by the customer as we do not accept Freight To Collect (FTC) for the packages being returned. Goods purchased using a promotional code are not eligible for return or exchange. Should a purchase involve a promotional code and an alternative payment method, only the amount exceeding the promotional value is deemed refundable.

Initiating a Return

  • Please contact our Customer Service team to begin the return process. Include in your communication: Your Account Email Address, A Clear Description of the Issue, Your Desired Outcome, and Photographic Proof.
  • Await our return confirmation before proceeding to send back your order.
  • Return the package to the provided address and share the tracking number with us via email.
  • An automatic refund will be processed within 10 working days post receipt and inspection of the item(s).
